Normal Work Period. The normal work period shall consist of not less than eighty (80) hours of work nor more than 86 hours of work and ten (10) work days within a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day work period.
Normal Work Period. The normal work period shall consist of eighty (80) hours of work within a two (2) week payroll period. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered “time worked” for purposes of this Section. Employees may adjust or exchange hours with the approval of the immediate supervisor(s), provided such change does not result in the payment of overtime.

Employees assigned to the Detective Division may be allowed, as determined by and at the discretion of the Police Chief, to work an alternate schedule, after meeting with the affected Detectives and an Association representative.
