Joint Meeting. 22.2.1 The District shall meet with the Association any time during the year when layoffs are anticipated to negotiate the effects of the proposed layoff. Such meeting shall take place within a reasonable amount of time but no less than ten (10) working days prior to notices being sent to any bargaining unit members.

Joint Meeting. The representatives of the party made up of Board members and Administrators shall meet at least once every three (3) months with representatives of the Association, at a mutually convenient time and date, when requested by either party to discuss matters of concern. Each party shall be limited to six members. Representatives of the Board and the Association may mutually request the services of the Federal Mediation Conciliation Services (FMCS) to help fashion a Joint Labor/Management Committee including, but not limited to, the following provisions: Training in collaborative problem-solving and consensus-building along with initial and subsequent monitoring from FMCS, representatives from both parties with active participation, joint control, written ground rules, bi-monthly meetings with set agendas, and published minutes for all staff.
Joint Meeting. When a layoff or reduction in hours is anticipated, a meeting will be held with the Administration and the Association. Upon request, factors to be explained will include cause of the layoff or reduction, personnel involved, and other issues relating to the new work schedule. In the event of a reduction in hours, no bumping as provided below will be permitted unless the employee has had his/her schedule reduced by 30 or more minutes per day.

Joint Meeting. EMPLOYER's administrative executive and Board President, shall meet at least twice a year with the Delegate and Singers Committee to discuss matters affecting the Chorale. Both sides shall have the right to invite the EMPLOYERS Music Director and AGMA staff representatives to such meetings.
Joint Meeting. In the event a Musician protests his dismissal, he/she shall meet with not to exceed three (3) representatives selected by the Orchestra Committee and three (3) representatives selected by Symphony Management in a joint meeting to attempt to resolve the dispute.
