Contractor not entitled to Extra Payment Except as otherwise as specifically provided in the Contract, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any extra payment nor to resale from the Contract nor to be relieved from any of his obligation for reasons of his misunderstanding, or his failure to obtain correct information or his inability to foresee any matter which may affect the execution or maintenance of the works.
