Lunch Breaks. The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.

Lunch Breaks. All eight (8) hour and ten (10) hour shift Employees shall be entitled to an unpaid thirty (30) minute lunch break. The lunch break will normally be around the fifth (5th) hour of the shift.

Lunch Breaks. The Department shall continue the existing lunch and break arrangements. If the Department determines that an adjustment to lunch and/or breaks is necessary to solve any significant public service or operational problems caused by the AWS Plan, the local union shall be given the opportunity to bargain on such changes in working conditions.
Lunch Breaks. Employees scheduled to work 7 hours or more per day will be entitled to a ½ hour paid lunch break. Employees who work less than 7 hours will not be given paid break time. (i.e. an employee scheduled to work 6 hours per day is not entitled to a paid break, therefore if such an employee takes or is scheduled for a ½ hour lunch break during their day, they would be required to be at work for a total of 6 ½ hours, but paid for only 6 hours.)
