Non-Academic Leaves. The University will continue to make leaves of absence available to members of the Faculty in accordance with then-current University policy. The University will give the Association thirty (30) days written notice prior to implementing any change in non-academic leaves, during which time the University agrees to meet and confer with the Association concerning the impact of such proposed changes on members of the Faculty.
