Military Leaves Sample Clauses

Military Leaves. Employees who leave the school district in order to serve in any branch of the armed services of the United States shall be granted a leave and their reinstatement after such service shall be in accordance with the Universal Military Training Act as amended and other applicable laws and regulations.
Military Leaves. Time spent on military leave (not to exceed four (4) years unless otherwise provided by statute) will be used in computing continuous service for longevity only.

Military Leaves. 17.01 Leaves of absence will be granted to all regular employees entering the Armed Forces of the United States under any law now in effect, or which may be enacted. Such leaves, hereinafter referred to as military leaves, will be for the initial period of the employee's military service and of any hospitalization continuing after discharge for a period of not more than one (1) year.
