More than Five Years of Service. If as of the effective date of the Change in Control the Employee has completed five or more years of service to the Company (including service to any predecessor or subsidiary of the Company), the Employee shall be entitled to receive and be paid an amount equal to two times (a) the Employee's annual salary then in effect plus (b) the average of the incentive compensation paid to the Employee for the two most recently completed fiscal years of the Company. More than Five Years of Service. Employees who have more than five (5) years of continuous service as of June 30th of any year shall be eligible for twenty (20) days of vacation during the following fiscal year. Requests to use vacation days should be submitted to the Facilities Maintenance Manager with as much notice as possible; however, such requests must be made at least three (3) working days in advance. Termination of employment for any reason shall not result in forfeiture of vacation benefits theretofore accrued, and such vacation benefits, if not already paid, shall be paid with the final paycheck. If an employee otherwise entitled to vacation benefits dies, his or her vacation benefits earned to the date of death shall be paid to his or her spouse, designated beneficiary, or estate.

Should an employee leave his/her assignment in this bargaining unit for another position with the district, the seniority will be frozen.   • Time of Service A notice or other communication is deemed served:

  • Break in Service No absence under any paid leave provisions of this Article shall be considered as a break in service for any employee who is in paid status, and all benefits accruing under the provisions of this Agreement shall continue to accrue under such absence.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.
