Payment of Salaries. 5.5.1 Basis of Calculation The salaries of principals shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and those paid on a regular basis).
Payment of Salaries. With the exception of section 37.7, salaries shall be paid in biweekly instalments every second Friday throughout the appointment period. OC agrees to have salaries deposited to each employee’s bank, trust company, or credit union account in the OC region.
Payment of Salaries. 29.1 Salaries, allowances, penalty or overtime payments due to an Employee must be paid by the Employer by fortnightly electronic direct credit to a bank account, credit union or building society account nominated by the Employee. In exceptional circumstances, including significant delays in payment of salary, the Employer will make provision for off-line payments.
Payment of Salaries. 1. Full-time, regular contract, certified employees shall be paid for services rendered on a twelve-month basis, payable the 20th day of the month. When the 20th day of the month is on a Saturday or a Sunday, or falls within non-working days during the school year, the checks will be distributed the last working day preceding the 20th day of the month. This salary shall be based on the school year including teaching days and non-teaching professional days.

All placements on the salary schedule, movements on the salary schedule, etc. shall be paid within ninety (90) days of submitted verification requirements. The District shall endeavor to pay money due for stipends, extra pay assignments, mileage, and/or other miscellaneous pay on the check for the pay period for which the assignment was performed, but in no cases shall payment be more than ninety (90) days after the submission for the service or duty. If payment is made within the above-stated time periods any statutory or other penalties or interest shall not apply and are expressly waived.
