Minimum Callback Pay. All Paraeducators may be required to perform work in a call back situation. In this situation, the employee shall be expected to report back to work, be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay and shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half time their regular rate.

Minimum Callback Pay. When an employee is requested to report to work by the Superintendent or his/her designee, the employee shall be paid for at least 4 hours at the rate specified for that day. (See ARTICLE VI, Section 2., Subd. 2. and 3.)

It is the purpose and intent of this language to assure employees of at least three hours of pay for the inconvenience of having been recalled between their normal shifts, but not to pay employees separately for call-backs should they occur during the initial three-hour-minimum guarantee period.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
