Military Reserve Duty. Employee shall inform the Company of any military reserve duty Employee has been ordered to perform, immediately after Employee has been notified of the same. In the absence of Employee due to military reserve duty, Employee shall be entitled to receive Employee’s Salary, including payments for social benefits and other rights to which Employee is entitled pursuant to this Agreement. Employee undertakes to provide the Company with proper confirmation of active military reserve duty so that Company may collect from the National Insurance Institute all amounts to which Employee is entitled in connection with such service.

Military Reserve Duty. At any time an employee who is in the military reserves and is called to duty or is otherwise called to military duty, said employee will be granted time off without pay and shall continue to accrue seniority while required to perform said duties.

A regular employee required to fulfill up to one month military reserve duty with the Armed Forces, the Reserve of the Armed Forces or the National Guard of the United States shall, upon presentation of a copy of associated military orders to his/her supervisor, be excused from work for such purposes. Military Reserve Duty. A teacher shall be granted leave with pay to a maximum of thirty (30) days for emergency duty with Armed Forces Reserve Units, if such duty occurs during the regular school year (September to June). Emergency duty in this instance also includes issuance of orders over which the teacher had no control. However, the teacher's pay from the Board shall be the difference between the gross pay that the teacher receives from the reserve unit and his/her regular daily rate of pay.
