Licensed Computer definition

Licensed Computer means a Supported Computer that has been registered with SCALABLE as that which is authorized to run the Licensed Product in the case of a “node-locked” license. In installations where there are multiple licenses for Licensed Products that are shared among multiple Supported Computers, “server-locked” licenses are managed on a central license server, and allocated to authorized users.
Licensed Computer means the computer systems, either physical or virtual, on which the various components and features of the Licensed Software are authorized to be installed and run. For the purposes of this SLA, the Licensed Computer shall be the specific computer systems identified by type and serial numbers in the License Key.
Licensed Computer means a desktop, embedded, industrial, portable, server or workstation computer, or smart camera with an appropriate Matrox license key or dongle.

More Definitions of Licensed Computer

Licensed Computer and “Licensed Computer(s)” shall mean one or more central processing units (“CPU”) in a hardware device (including a Server) that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a specific result based on a sequence of instructions.

Licensed Computer means the desktop, laptop, server, or other computer owned or leased by the Licensee on which the Software is stored, accessed, and used.
Licensed Computer means the computer or workstations supported by SSA and identified in a Supplemental Schedule.
