Magnetic Tapes definition

Magnetic Tapes means the computer data storage tapes (which may be in reel-to-reel or cartridge form) prepared by Seller which contain the information to be used for an automated conversion of the Assumed Deposits.

Magnetic Tapes means the computer data storage tapes (which may be in reel-to-reel or cartridge form) prepared by Seller which contain the information to be used for an automated conversion of the Assumed Deposits. "Overdrafts" means only overdrafts in Accounts (other than overdrafts extended pursuant to a formal line of credit or similar arrangement) maintained at the Branch.
