Interview means the disciplinary proceeding whereby the Disciplinary Officer may initially meet with the student in order to inquire into a possible violation of an article of this Code, after which the Disciplinary Officer may dispose of the matter or refer the matter to the CSD.
Magazines means magazines and other materials printed on similar paper.
Magazine means a place in which explosives are stored or kept, whether above or below ground;
Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.
Media means physical devices or writing surfaces including, but is not limited to, magnetic tapes, optical disks, magnetic disks, large-scale integration memory chips, and printouts onto which information is recorded, stored, or printed within an information system.
Debriefing means the practice whereby, upon request of a offeror, OCFS advises such offeror of the reasons why its bid was not selected for an award. It is viewed as a learning process for the offeror to be better prepared to participate in future procurements
Commercially Sensitive Information means the Information (i) listed in the Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule; or (ii) notified to the Authority in writing (prior to the commencement of this Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:
Student journalist means a student who gathers, writes, edits, photographs, records, video tapes, or prepares information for dissemination in student media.

Informal Conference means the discussion between the Department and an applicant or an agency that is held prior to a hearing to address any matters pertaining to the hearing. An administrative law judge does not participate in an informal conference. The informal conference may result in resolution of the issue.
Newspaper means a newspaper and other materials printed on newsprint.
Telephone solicitor means any person doing business in this state who makes or causes to be made a telephone solicitation from within or outside of this state, including, but not limited to, calls made by use of automated dialing and announcing devices or by a live person.
Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information means the information listed in the Contractor Commercial Sensitive Information Annex to the Contract being information notified by the Contractor to the Authority which is acknowledged by the Authority as being commercially sensitive information.
Announcements has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.05.
Literature We will furnish you with copies of each Fund's Prospectus, sales literature and other information made publicly available by the Fund, in reasonable quantities upon your request. We shall file Fund sales literature and promotional material with the NASD and SEC as required. You agree to deliver a copy of the current Prospectus to your customers in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Act of 1933. You may not publish or use any sales literature or promotional materials with respect to the Funds without our prior review and written approval.
Training means the reasonable costs associated with training and workshop participation under the Project, consisting of travel and subsistence costs for training participants, costs associated with securing the services of trainers, rental of training facilities, preparation and reproduction of training materials, and other costs directly related to course or workshop preparation and implementation.
