Materials, Consumables. Spares • All the consumable material such as material required for cleaning of equipment and machinery, minor repairs of doors windows, furniture, plumbing etc, other than major items such as Diesel and lubricating oil.. spares/parts needed for major repairs and maintenance will be provided by the Institute. Scheduled servicing of major machinery/equipment (e.g. lifts, gensets, chiller plants) of the Institute will be covered under the respective AMCs.

Materials, Consumables. Any tangible items which are not categorized as Equipment (as defined in AP-5.1.2) shall be considered Materials & Consumables. AP-5.1.4 Travel Travel expenses of the Research Institute’s Co-Principal Investigator and Project Personnel who are listed in Appendix 2 to present Research Results or to participate in a seminar or workshop which contribute to the progress of the Collaborative Research shall be allowable as Direct Costs. Such travel expenses may be incurred in accordance with the Research Institute’s internal travel policies, regulations, and rules, but the travel expenses incurred must be commercially reasonable. . AP-5.1.5 Personnel Other than the Co-Principal Investigator, personnel costs for Project Personnel whose work is directly required for the accomplishment of the Collaborative Research including salaries, wages, and fringe benefits are allowed as Direct Costs, but such costs shall be reasonable and conform to the established internal policies of the Research Institute consistently applied, and shall reasonably reflect the percentage of time actually devoted to the Collaborative Research.
Materials, Consumables. Costs of materials and consumable items which are furnished and incorporated into the Work, as approved by City, or that would have been incorporated into the Work in the case of deleted work shall be at the lowest price available to Contractor but in no event shall such costs exceed competitive wholesale prices obtainable from other Subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors in the general vicinity of the site. If City determines, in its discretion, that the cost of materials is excessive, or if Contractor fails to furnish satisfactory evidence of the cost from the actual supplier thereof, then in either case the cost of the materials shall be deemed to be the lowest wholesale price at which similar materials are available in the quantities required at the time they were needed. The City reserves the right to furnish such materials as it deems advisable, and Contractor shall have no claim for costs or profits on materials so furnished. Material invoices must be included with the extra work report to obtain payment.

  • Materials and Supplies The cost of materials and supplies is allowable. Purchases should be charged at their actual prices after deducting all cash discounts, trade discounts, rebates, and allowances received. Withdrawals from general stores or stockrooms should be charged at cost under any recognized method of pricing, consistently applied. Incoming transportation charges are a proper part of materials and supply costs.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Packing Materials and Containers for Shipment Packing materials and containers in which a good is packed for shipment shall be disregarded in determining whether:

  • MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment incorporated in the work under the Contract shall be new. All workmanship shall be first class and by persons qualified in the respective trades.

  • Materials and Equipment ‌ Material means property that may be consumed or expended during performance, component parts of a higher assembly, or items that lose their individual identity through incorporation into an end item. Equipment means a tangible item that is functionally complete for its intended purpose, durable, nonexpendable, and needed for performance. Materials and Equipment shall be priced in accordance with the terms of the task order award, contract type, and applicable FAR and agency-specific regulatory supplements. Unless otherwise directed by task order terms and conditions, the Contractor may apply indirect costs to materials and equipment consistent with the Contractor’s usual accounting practices.

  • Raw Materials Lonza shall procure all required Raw Materials as well as consumables other than those Raw Materials that are Customer Materials. Customer shall be responsible for payment for all consumables and Raw Materials ordered or irrevocably committed to be procured by Lonza hereunder. Upon cancellation of any Batch or termination of the Agreement, all unused Raw Materials shall be paid for by Customer within [***] days of invoice and at Customer’s option will either be (a) held by Lonza for future use for the production of Product, (b) delivered to Customer, or (c) disposed of by Lonza.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Materials and Improvements Title to materials, improvements, and other property required of PURCHASER by this contract shall vest in and become the property of STATE at the time such are furnished by PURCHASER and accepted by STATE. Only materials, improvements, and property free and clear of liens, claims, and encumbrances shall be furnished by PURCHASER. All existing improvements located on State land, and any improvements placed on State land by PURCHASER which become the property of STATE, shall be safeguarded by PURCHASER. If such improvements are injured, damaged, or removed from the areas of operations by PURCHASER or by contractors of PURCHASER, such improvements shall be repaired (or replaced, in the event of removal,) as soon as possible by PURCHASER, without cost to STATE.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
