Mandatory Additional Hours. The Employer shall assign the additional hours of work in reverse seniority; the least senior Employee who has not been previously directed by the Employer to work additional hours shall be directed to work the hours until all Employees have been required to work additional hours at which time the process shall repeat itself. For the purpose of equalizing the distribution of additional hours of work, an Employee who is offered but declines any additional hours of work assignment shall be deemed to have worked the hours assigned. Employees will be allowed to decline mandatory additional hours once every ninety (90) days beginning with the annual August in- service. Employees will be allowed to trade mandatory additional hours of work upon approval by their supervisor. Trades may be denied if the Employee taking the trade has failed to fulfill a trade obligation in the past year. An Employee who has been approved to take a trade may be subject to discipline should she or he fail to fulfill the trade obligation.

Mandatory Additional Hours. All Employees shall be required to work 2 mandatory additional hours per week. An Employee’s base single time rate as prescribed in this Agreement has been loaded to include payment for the provision of the 2 mandatory additional hours per week. Therefore, these additional hours worked shall be paid at the Employee’s wage level and base single time rate of pay The Wage Rate Scale for Civil & Workshop Employees which is shown in Appendix 1 of this Agreement.
Mandatory Additional Hours. It has been agreed to bring the current system of paying for mandatory additional hours in line with these new arrangements. Instead of making an additional payment on a quarterly basis, all mandatory additional hours claimed will attract a holiday pay uplift of 7.69% at the point the hours are claimed. This will be based on 20 days rather than an individual’s actual holiday entitlement but will be an increase in payments for all staff claiming mandatory additional hours due to the different calculation method.

  • Additional Hours (a) where an employer requires and the part time employee agrees to work additional hours, the employee shall be paid for each additional hour or part thereof at the employee’s normal part time hourly rate of pay.

  • Reasonable Additional Hours All hours worked over an average of 38 ordinary hours per week, will be deemed to be additional hours. All hours worked by permanent part-time employees beyond their specified number of hours will be treated as additional hours for the purpose of this subclause. From time to time, employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. All additional hours worked will be paid in accordance with this Agreement. An employee may not be required to work additional hours in circumstances where the working of additional hours would result in the employee working hours which are unreasonable having regards to (refer to section 226 of the Act):

  • Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President, or the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared by the Governing Board under Education Code Section 45203 shall be a paid holiday for all employees in the bargaining unit.

  • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or the ISA to LEA pupils. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or ISA to LEA pupils.

  • Mandatory Overtime Mandatory overtime shall be scheduled 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event (or as soon as possible after the overtime is known to management.) If there are unforeseen circumstances, the two week requirement will not apply. Where the notice of mandatory overtime is not provided in that time frame, the hours worked will be paid at twice the regular rate. If a member has checked with the Director of Public Safety or designee about a certain date as being a mandatory day, and received a negative answer, that employee shall be waived from any mandatory obligation of the day inquired about. If a staff member has extenuating circumstances occurring on a mandatory overtime day, they may request a release from the mandatory overtime day from the Director of Public Safety, or designee. The employee shall meet with the Director of Public Safety, or designee, to discuss the extenuating circumstance. The Director of Public Safety, or designee, shall respond to the staff member’s request as soon as possible.

  • Default Not Exceeding 10% of Firm Units If any Underwriter or Underwriters shall default in its or their obligations to purchase the Firm Units and if the number of the Firm Units with respect to which such default relates does not exceed in the aggregate 10% of the number of Firm Units that all Underwriters have agreed to purchase hereunder, then such Firm Units to which the default relates shall be purchased by the non-defaulting Underwriters in proportion to their respective commitments hereunder.

  • Volume and Additional Discounts In addition to the Part 1 Minimum Percentage Discount proposed herein, does Vendor ever expect and intend to offer additional, greater, or volume discounts to TIPS Members? If proposing on Part 1, point(s) may be assigned for your response in the Part 1 category of "Pricing" during scoring and evaluation.   • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.

  • Payment of Additional Costs If termination of this contract is due to the failure of the Engineer to fulfill its contract obligations, the State may take over the project and prosecute the work to completion, and the Engineer shall be liable to the State for any additional cost to the State.

  • Utility Additions Lessor reserves the right to install new or additional utility facilities throughout the Office Building Project for the benefit of Lessor or Lessee, or any other lessee of the Office Building Project, including, but not by way of limitation, such utilities as plumbing, electrical systems, communication systems, and fire protection and detection systems, so long as such installations do not unreasonably interfere with Lessee's use of the Premises.
