Work Assignment definition
Work Assignment means the works to be executed by the Consultants detailed in this Bid Document including Terms of Reference.
Work Assignment means the place where the duties of an Employee is assigned.
Work Assignment. Means a position or post calling for specified duties to which an employee is assigned for a definite or indefinite period of time but which has not been designated as a work classification. Duty assignment is interchangeable with work assignment.

The parties agree that they shall comply with the decisions and awards of the Umpire of Work Assignment established by the Plan.
This form shall be approved by MDOT prior to execution of the Work Assignment.

Work Assignment means the place where the duties of an Employee are assigned; (gg) "Year" shall mean twelve (12) months or one (1) fire season in the case of seasonal employees.

Work Assignment. The total required assignment hours for department chairs including department chair office hours will be determined by examining the total amount of reassigned time as per Appendix B. 3 LHE of reassigned time is equivalent to 8 hours/week during the primary terms. 1 LHE of reassigned time is equivalent to 2.6 hours/week.
