Holiday Entitlement definition

Holiday Entitlement has the meaning given in clause 17.2;
Holiday Entitlement. The Company’s holiday year runs from 1 January to 31
Holiday Entitlement. 30 working days inclusive of bank holidays

Examples of Holiday Entitlement in a sentence

  • Holiday Entitlement is inclusive of statutory holiday under the Working Time Regulations 1998 (“Statutory Holiday”).

  • The Company reserves the right to alter the terms of the Annual Leave Policy from time to time with a minimum of one month’s notice to each employee to whom it applies, except in relation to the number of days per annum of Holiday Entitlement.

  • The Executive will be paid at the full basis rate of salary for all holidays, including Public Holidays, taken within the Holiday Allowance limit specified above under Holiday Entitlement.
