Maintenance of Privileges. The Company will maintain its present practice of allowing employees a reasonable amount of time to wash up and change clothes. The Company's present practice relating to the issuance of clothes and shoes will also be maintained.

The Received Protected Material exchanged by the Parties is protected from disclosure to third parties as a result of the attorney-client privilege, work-product doctrine, and other privileges and protections. Through this Agreement, the Parties confirm that in pursuing their common interests regarding the Covered Matters they do not, by sharing Received Protected Material, intend to waive any applicable protection. The Parties intend to preserve all applicable privileges and protections to the maximum extent permitted by law.
