State Required. Students at the School shall participate in all state assessment programs. The School shall facilitate required alternate assessments and comply with state reporting procedures.

The School shall be 16 responsible for administering required statewide tests. The School 17 shall facilitate required alternate assessm ents and com ply with 18 state reporting procedures. Furthe rmore, the School agrees to 19 administer all statewide assessm ents according to the schedule 20 approved for the other public schools in the District.
