LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION. 12.1. This Policy is stablished by Brazilian law. Any disputes or controversies arising from any acts performed within the scope of the use of the Latam Gateway Services and/or the Functionalities by the User, including in relation to non-compliance with the terms of this Policy or violation of the rights of Latam Gateway, other Users and/or third parties, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality and personality, will be solved in the Judicial District of Maringá of the State of Paraná.
