Trust Office definition

Trust Office means an office of a savings bank at which trust services are performed and at which deposits are not accepted, checks are not paid, and money is not lent.
Trust Office means the principal corporate trust office of Owner Trustee located from time to time at Owner Trustee's address for notices under the Participation Agreement or such other office at which Owner Trustee's corporate trust business shall be administered which Owner Trustee shall have specified by notice in writing to Lessee, Mortgagee and each Note Holder.
