Each Global Subordinated Note issued under this Indenture will be deposited with the Trustee at its Corporate Trust Office, as custodian for the Depositary, and registered in the name of the Depositary or the nominee thereof, duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided.
If at any time the Company fails to maintain any such required office or agency or fails to furnish the Trustee with the address thereof, such presentations, surrenders, notices and demands may be made or served at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee.
The Company hereby designates the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee in Houston, Texas as one such office or agency of the Company in accordance with Section 9.02; provided, however, that no service of legal process on the Company may be made at any office of the Trustee.
