Local district means a local government entity under Title 17B, Limited Purpose
Regional District means the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George.
Special district means a unit of local government, authorized by law to perform a single function or a limited number of functions. The term includes but is not limited to conservation districts, water districts, weed management districts, irrigation districts, fire districts, community college districts, hospital districts, sewer districts, and transportation districts. The term also includes any district or other entity formed by interlocal agreement.
SDA district means an SDA district as defined in section 3 of P.L.2000, c.72 (C.18A:7G-3).
School district means a public school district.
Historic district means an area, or group of areas not necessarily having contiguous boundaries, that contains 1 resource or a group of resources that are related by history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture.
District Council means a district council within the meaning of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 F11”;
Federal Power Act means the Federal Power Act, as amended, 16 U.S.C. §§ 791a, et seq. FERC or Commission:
Urban district means the territory contiguous to and including any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than one hundred feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more, and the character of such territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.
Fire district means a fire district constituted as such by or pursuant to the provisions of the Fire Brigades Act;
District means the Montgomery County Municipal
Residential district means an area of a municipality where 75% or more of the area is zoned for residential housing.
district heating or ‘district cooling’ means the distribution of thermal energy in the form of steam, hot water or chilled liquids, from a central source of production through a network to multiple buildings or sites, for the use of space or process heating or cooling;
Federal Bankruptcy Code means the Bankruptcy Act of Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time.
Health district means a city or general health district created by or under the authority of Chapter 3709. of the Revised Code.
District board means the board of directors of the district.
Local district officers means those local district board members that are required
Federal Clean Air Act means Chapter 85 (§ 7401 et seq.) of Title 42 of the United States Code.
district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
Port district means the portions of a qualified incentive area
Citizen of the United States has the meaning specified for such term in Section 40102(a)(15) of Title 49 of the United States Code or any similar legislation of the United States enacted in substitution or replacement therefor.
District Office – means the office of the District as established by the Board.
Resident district means the school district in which a student is entitled to attend school under section 3313.64 or 3313.65 of the Revised Code.
School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2)(d), a School District Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from student records. Student Data: Student Data includes any data, whether gathered by Provider or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to, information in the student’s educational record or email, first and last name, home address, telephone number, email address, or other information allowing online contact, discipline records, videos, test results, special education data, juvenile dependency records, grades, evaluations, criminal records, medical records, health records, social security numbers, biometric information, disabilities, socioeconomic information, food purchases, political affiliations, religious information text messages, documents, student identifies, search activity, photos, voice recordings or geolocation information. Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.
Council of Governors means the council of governors of the corporation; “declaration of identity” has the meaning set out in rule 21.1;
Federal Aviation Act means the sections of Title 49 of the United States Code relating to aviation, as amended and in effect from time to time, or any similar legislation of the United States of America enacted in substitution or replacement thereof.
