Jury Duty and Other Related Appearances. Each Employee shall receive leave with pay to perform jury duty. Employees shall remit their reimbursement for jury duty to the Board. Employees shall keep any reimbursement received for transportation. The Board shall not be responsible for any transportation expenses incurred in excess of the amount reimbursed by the jury commissioner. In addition, each Employee shall receive leave with pay if served a subpoena to testify at a legal proceeding, which relates to his/her professional responsibility as a SEDOL employee.
