Notices and other communication. Any notice or other communication to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and may be sent by post or delivered by hand or given by facsimile or by courier to the address or fax number from time to time designated, the initial address and fax number so designated by each party being set out in Schedule 1 attached hereto.
