Job Training Plan. 6.4.1 Maintenance Contractor’s “Job Training Plan” applicable to the Maintenance Services is set forth in Exhibit 5. The purpose of the Job Training Plan is to ensure that inexperienced and untrained workers have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the performance of the Maintenance Services through apprenticeships, training and similar measures to maintain and grow a diverse, skilled work force. Maintenance Contractor may elect to provide on the job training. If Maintenance Contractor makes the election, it shall provide a written notice to the Contract Compliance Section of the Office of Civil Rights of the Texas Department of Transportation at 000 Xxxx 00xx Xx., Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000-0000, with a copy to TxDOT as provided in Section 24.11.3, and Maintenance Contractor shall perform and comply with all requirements set forth in the Job Training Plan.
