Inventory of Equipment. RMU requires an inventory of Licensee Equipment and a description of its configuration upon execution of a Xxxxxxxx Municipal Utilities Agreement or installation. Licensee is required to notify RMU of any significant change in equipment, including, but not limited to, upgrades, reconfigurations and de-installations.

Inventory of Equipment. 3.2.1 An inventory of all COUNTY-furnished equipment, computer terminals, personal computers (PCs) and furniture shall be initially established by COUNTY and verified by CONTRACTOR at CONTRACT start-up. CONTRACTOR shall thereafter maintain the inventory. At CONTRACT termination, all COUNTY provided furniture and equipment shall be returned to COUNTY in good condition, as determined by COUNTY.
Inventory of Equipment. Surveys may be conducted to document existing (baseline) equipment, including, but not limited to, lighting, thermostats, HVAC systems and controls at the project sites. These may be checked during the pre- installation inspection and compared against the application that was submitted.

The system shall include an electronic accounting system and a debit and credit card reader or comparable system or another inventory sales method acceptable to the parties. Gourmet shall supply reports pertaining to Gross Sales to Client electronically or in hard copy form, as requested by Client in its reasonable discretion.
Inventory of Equipment. Concessionaire and County have inventoried County’s Food Service equipment. Upon termination of the Agreement, Concessionaire shall surrender such inventory of equipment to County.

  • Location of Equipment and Inventory All Equipment and Inventory are (i) located at the locations indicated on Schedule 4 (ii) in transit to such locations or (iii) in transit to a third party purchaser which will become obligated on a Receivable to the Debtor upon receipt.   • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Inspection of Equipment  The Contractor’s equipment is inspected by an authorised Eskom employee on arrival at the site.  The following documentation is required to accompany the equipment where applicable: copies of all test certificates and maintenance records.  Lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be marked with a unique number, code or colour code for identification. If the equipment is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition or if insufficient maintenance has been carried out on the equipment then it will not be approved for use on Site. A list of all lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be submitted to the Employer at least 2 days prior to the occupation date. This list must indicate the unique number and description of the equipment.  Training requirements must comply with the Works Information and statutory requirements.

  • Care of Equipment Equipment can only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with Owner’s instructions or manuals.

  • Stored equipment The village hall accepts no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or fees will be charged for each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. The village hall may, use its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

  • Location of Inventory and Equipment The Inventory and Equipment are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party (without Foothill's prior written consent) and are located only at the locations identified on Schedule 6.12 or otherwise permitted by Section 6.12.
