The notice may include an effective Contract Termination date if the breach is not cured by the stated date and, unless otherwise modified by the non-breaching party in writing prior to the Termination date, no further action shall be required of any party to effect the Termination as of the stated date.
If the notice does not set forth an effective Contract Termination date, then the non-breaching party may Terminate the Contract by giving the breaching party no less than twenty four (24) hours' prior written notice.
