Project Category. The ▇▇▇ Pilot Project – Phase II furthers the human right to water and fits into the following two project categories: (1) public health and (2) other projects with environmental and/or public health benefits. ▇▇▇ recipients are located throughout Imperial County, given eligibility requirements, which are explained below.
