Interface Administration. The Contractor team shall coordinate with GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 external partners to maintain efficient interfaces required to satisfy user data requirements. Such coordination may take the form of code promotion, data or process changes, infrastructure upgrades, new subscriber support, external partner coordination meetings (IPTs, Working Groups), or other necessary support the interface capability groupings listed in Table 3: Interface Capability Grouping Master Data Management (Referential Base Files) Force Structure & Personnel Data Customer and Vendor Data User Registration MRP, DoD Source Supply, CMOS, GCSS Army, GSA Legacy Systems Warehousing Core $$$ (funding transactions) RF-ITV (Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility) War Reserve System Depot Table 3: GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 System Interface Capability Groupings The Contractor shall analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve interface issues between GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 and external systems. The groupings of interface capabilities are current as of the time of the publishing of the solicitation; however, the groupings and the individual interfaces that make them up are subject to change by the time of contract award. The Contractor shall monitor interfaces and make necessary immediate, responsive configuration changes to system interfaces to support operational needs. The Contractor shall properly document immediate and formal CM/CCB approved changes in appropriate Interface Control Documents (ICDs), System Interface Agreements (XXXx), and technical drawings (CDRL D001). The Contractor shall work closely with the GCSS-MC Cybersecurity team to coordinate updates to the Ports, Protocols and Services Management (PPSM) and maintain system accreditation. The Contractor shall provide daily, weekly, and periodic Interface and External Tracking Reports with required interface metrics interface status during the past 24 hours, including interface status, downtime over the total records, total success, and success percentage. The Contractor shall analyze tracking reports and provide holistic assessments on GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 system impacts and provide recommendations for solutions.   • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • RECORDS ADMINISTRATION Contractor shall maintain or supervise the maintenance of all records necessary to properly account for Contractor’s performance and the payments made by the State Entity to Contractor under this Contract. These records shall be retained by Contractor for at least six (6) years after final payment, or until all audits initiated within the six (6) years have been completed, whichever is later. Contractor agrees to allow, at no additional cost, State of Utah and federal auditors, and State Entity staff, access to all such records.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market.
