Legacy Systems definition

Legacy Systems means any 911 system, whether basic or enhanced, operating in South Carolina prior to the board establishing an NG9‑1‑1 or subsequent systems.
Legacy Systems means Company’s current systems, as of the Effective Date, that will be replaced in whole or in part by the Amdocs Systems, including all applicable Company Equipment, Company Owned Software and Company Third Party Software, as specified in Schedule 2.
Legacy Systems means the information technology systems generally used by T-Mobile to provide provisioning and billing services to DISH in connection with activities on the Legacy Network.

Legacy Systems means those Competitive Products offered for on behalf of VAR prior to the effective date of this Agreement. VAR shall not be deemed to be in breach of this Section 4.3 to the extent (i) VAR provides support relating to Legacy Systems to customers that existed as of the Effective Date or (ii) otherwise and in good faith provides Legacy Systems in order to comply with its contractual obligations to third parties in effect as of the Effective Date.
Legacy Systems means those Systems owned and/or used by the BCH Companies immediately prior to the Effective Date to provide the Services and operated by Certen, as such Systems may be updated, modified or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
