The Basic Construction Administration Services Fee shall include all Basic Construction Contract Administration Services, whether consisting of professional or non-professional services including, without limitation, the Administration of Change Orders.
Construction Administration Services shall include (as dictated by the needs of the Project) submittal review and approvals, construction site observation, response to Requests for Information (RFIs), issuance of Proposal Requests, review of Proposals, providing of recommendations for modifications, and assisting the School District’s Office of Capital Programs Construction Unit.
