System Impacts. Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Hospital will promptly inform the Funder of any matter that the Hospital becomes aware of that materially impacts or is likely to materially impact the health system, or could otherwise be reasonably expected to concern the Funder.

System Impacts. COUNTY does not warranty any hardware or software obtained from third party vendors. COUNTY shall not be liable or responsible for system, software, or equipment failures that are beyond its control, including unplanned outages.
