Intent to Participate. The employee shall complete, in triplicate, a Professional Growth Request Form (Exhibit J) and submit it to the principal/supervisor of his/her work site. The principal/supervisor will approve or disapprove the employee’s request. A denial of the request will require the principal/supervisor to submit reasons for such denial. The request form, after being completed by the employee and principal/supervisor, whether approved or disapproved, will be submitted to Human Resources for review. Human Resources will submit to the principal/supervisor any reasons for denial. Human Resources may approve a previously disapproved form.
