If a Service Provider fails to make payment of any invoice submitted by the Client under this Clause 27 within sixty (60) calendar days of the date of the invoice, the Client may issue a notice to the Service Provider (a “Warning Notice”) which shall state that the Service Provider may be suspended from participating in the Award Process under the Framework Agreement if the invoice has not been paid in full by the date that is ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the invoice.
The Grantee must disclose the financial interest to the Commonwealth at the time of submission of its grant application, or if a Non-Solicitation Award Process is used, no later than the date the Grantee signs the agreement.
If the Grantee cannot make the representations and warranties set forth above at the time of its submission of its grant application or if the agreement is awarded pursuant to a Non-Solicitation Award Process at the time of the execution of the agreement, the Grantee shall submit a written explanation outlining the reasons why it cannot make those representations and warranties.
