Income Protection Plans. The Superintendent shall permit representatives of one (10 NJEA endorsed income protections plan and representatives from two (2) other income protection plans to meet with employees for the purpose of enrolling new members and permitting present members to adjust their coverage at faculty meetings on a district or building level at the request of the Association. Requests for such meetings shall be made no more than one (1) per year. It is agreed that the income protection plan representatives shall be permitted a minimum of twenty (20) minutes for the meeting.

Income Protection Plans. The Company will provide and pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost for the following Income Protection Plans for employees who have completed three (3) months of service, except for Long Term Disability Insurance which requires one (1) year of service. During the life of this Collective Agreement and notwithstanding the provisions of the Income Protection Plans in effect from time-to-time, the percentages referred to in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) shall relate to any increase in the wage rates after the date of disability, provided that such date falls during the term of this Agreement, except that effective 14 May 1981 the percentage referred to in paragraph (c) shall relate to current wage rates in the Agreement provided that the date of disability falls after 14 May 1981.

  • Income Protection All workers will be covered by the extended Incolink Leisure Time Insurance and Income protection Scheme which provides defined weekly payments ($500 per week to workers with dependants, $400 per week to workers without dependants) for up to a maximum 104 weeks in the event of an extended work absence arising from any personal illness or injury (whether or not work related). The costs of this benefit will be shared between Incolink and the company on a 30/70 basis. Agreed premium costs will be: Incolink - $2.10 per week/worker Employer - $4.90 per week/worker It is a condition of the company’s agreement to provide this benefit that premium costs be maintained at not more than the February 1998 equivalent. In the event of premium costs escalating, the parties are agreed that the benefits table will be revised downwards so as to contain premium costs within the agreed limits. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee. In the event the company does not maintain the above policy, the company will be liable in full to pay equivalent benefits to an employee who meets eligibility criteria as set out in the policy document.

  • – DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN 14.01 Income protection is payable when a full-time employee is absent from work due to legitimate personal illness or injury which is not compensable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. It is understood that payment of income protection is for the sole and only purpose of protecting employees against the loss of income during time of such illness. Seniority and service will accrue and the Employer shall continue to pay its share of the premium for the benefit plans during the period of the income protection noted in this provision.

  • Compensation Plans Following any termination of the Executive's employment, the Company shall pay the Executive all unpaid amounts, if any, to which the Executive is entitled as of the Date of Termination under any compensation plan or program of the Company, at the time such payments are due.

  • Streamcourse Protection “Streamcourses” that are subject to provisions of this Section are shown on Sale Area Map. Unless otherwise agreed, the following measures shall be observed to protect Streamcourses:

  • Eye Protection Approved eye protection shall be supplied to individual prescription to all employees who normally wear glasses and are required to wear eye protection for an appreciable amount of time in the performance of their duties.

  • Benefits Plans During the Employment Period, You will be eligible to participate in all benefit plans in effect for executives and employees of the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans.
