Compensation Plans definition

Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(b).
Compensation Plans means and include, without limitation, plans, arrangements or practices that provide for severance pay, deferred compensation, incentive, bonus or performance awards, and stock ownership or stock options.

Compensation Plans means this Plan, the DSU Plan and the SU Plan;

Compensation Plans means any compensation arrangement, plan, policy, practice or program established, maintained or sponsored by the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, for its employees generally or any specific group of employees, or to which the Company or any subsidiary of the Company contributes, and which includes, by way of example and not limitation, any incentive plan, bonus plan, 401(k) plan, pension plan, savings plan, equity or cash incentive plan, phantom stock plan, stock appreciation right plan, stock option plan, restricted stock award plan, retirement plan, deferred compensation plan, or supplemental benefit arrangement. Competing Business means any individual, business, firm, company, partnership, joint venture, organization, or other entity that is engaged in the production or sale of fish meal, fish oil (refined or unrefined) or fish solubles. Confidential Information shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8.2 hereof.
