– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. 14.01 Income protection is payable when a full-time employee is absent from work due to legitimate personal illness or injury which is not compensable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. It is understood that payment of income protection is for the sole and only purpose of protecting employees against the loss of income during time of such illness. Seniority and service will accrue and the Employer shall continue to pay its share of the premium for the benefit plans during the period of the income protection noted in this provision.
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN i) The Disability Income Protection Plan of the designated employer will be in accordance with the collective agreement.
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. A. Employees shall be enrolled in the VCDSA Disability Income Protection Plan pursuant to the provisions of that plan. The benefits provided under such plan shall be at least equal to those provided by the County of Ventura under its Disability Income Protection Plan in effect on November 25, 1992.
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. Effective as soon as practical following September 2, 2014, and after approval of the Plan by the EI Commission:
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. 14.01 Sick leave is a period of time the full-time nurse is permitted to be absent from work with full pay by reasons of being sick or disabled or because of an accident which is not compensable under the Workers' Compensation Act.
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. Effective the first full pay period in August 2012, unless otherwise stated:
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. County paid as outlined in the Personnel Policies and Practices Resolution (PPPR).
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. Subject to Article X, Section G, all teachers shall receive an individual disability insurance protection plan for six (6) months. This benefit is provided by New York State Disability Insurance and is subject to any and all requirements thereof now in effect, or as may be changed by New York State hereafter.
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. Effective the first full pay period of 2010 and subject to HRDC approval, the following shall replace any provisions of a similar or like nature. Existing sick leave banks shall be converted consistent with 14.04 below.
– DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. Note: Status Quo until January 1, 2015
