Holidays and Personal Time. Executive shall be entitled to paid holidays and personal time off in accordance with the Company’s holiday and personal time off policies but not less than twenty (20) days of each calendar year during the Employment Term, (as prorated for partial years) with the time and duration of any specific personal time off mutually and reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto.

Holidays and Personal Time. 7.1 There shall be thirteen (13) paid holidays each year, of which ten (10) shall be paid in a lump sum at the rate of time and one half (1-1/2) by the 15th of November of each year. The remaining three (3) holidays shall be celebrated on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

This payment for the current year shall be made to each Officer in a lump sum, via a separate check, in the first pay period in December, at the end of the year for which the holidays occur. Newly hired full-time Officers and existing full-time Officers who employment is terminated during the year shall receive a prorated payment. This payment shall be calculated as described above, but will be limited to the number of designated paid holidays which fall within the time worked during the calendar year. Existing full-time Officers who employment is terminated shall be entitled to receive this payment at the time of separation from employment.

  • Personal Time Employees shall be eligible to take accrued PTO time for personal reasons. Such time must be scheduled in advance in accordance with Employer policies and be approved by the employee's supervisor. Personal time PTO must be taken in at least one hour increments.

  • Personal Holidays An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal holiday during each calendar year if the employee has been continuously employed by the State of Washington for more than four (4) months.

  • Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holiday, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holiday.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.
