Base Hourly Rate. The Base Hourly rate guarantees the Federal Minimum Wage or the Special Federal Minimum Wage as applies to Full Time and to Casual Employees plus the casual default loading of 20% in lieu of paid annual leave and personal leave.
Base Hourly Rate. The base hourly rate shall be the hourly rate corresponding to the salary step in the salary range to which an employee is assigned.
Base Hourly Rate. Base Hourly Rate. A Pilot’s base hourly rate shall be calculated by dividing his base pay as identified in Appendix A, Section 1, by 2190 hours.

Base Hourly Rate. The rates of pay are base hourly rates for a 38-hour week. The base hourly rate is derived from an employee’s work group classification and level as set out within this Agreement. The base hourly rate is historically derived from: • Award hourly rate for a 38-hour week • All purpose bonus of $1.1364 per hour taken from GEMCO Over Award document And for trades persons only: • $0.7315 per hour in recognition of all allowances contained in GEMCO Award and Over Award (excluding Leading hand allowance, Tool allowance and Electrical A-class licence) • A Tool Allowance of $0.2420 per hour
