Holdover by Lessee. Should Lessee remain in possession of the demises premises with the consent of Lessor after the natural expiration of this lease, a new month-to-month tenancy shall be created between Lessor and Lessee which shall be subject to all terms and conditions hereof but shall be terminated on 30 days' written notice served by either Lessor or Lessee on the other party.

Holdover by Lessee. If the Lessee does not vacate the Property at the time required, the Lessor shall have the option to treat the Lessee as a Lessee from month to month, subject to all provisions of this lease except the provision for term.
Holdover by Lessee. In the event Lessee fails to remove the item from the facility upon the expiration of this Agreement, the current rental rates then in effect, in addition to all other provisions under this Agreement, shall apply.

Holdover by Lessee. In situations where notice has been given (by either party) and the Lessee does not return possession of the property back to the Lessor by noon on the lease end date, the Lessee shall be considered to be in holdover and agrees to pay $250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Dollars per day in additional rent with a capped rate equal to 200% of the monthly rental rate for each month the Lessee is in holdover.
Holdover by Lessee. If Lessee holds over or remains in possession of the Leased Premises after the termination of this Lease in the absence of a new lease agreement between the City and Lessee, such continuation beyond the date of termination, or the collection or acceptance of rent, fees and/or charges by the City, shall not be construed as a renewal or extension of this Lease, but shall be construed solely as creating a tenancy from month-to-month and not for any other term whatsoever. During the term of such tenancy from month-to-month, Lessee shall pay to City the fees and charges herein reserved, and each party shall be bound by and comply with all the relevant terms and provision of this Lease. The City may terminate said tenancy from month-to-month by giving Lessee thirty (30) days written notice thereof.
Holdover by Lessee. At the termination of this lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Lessee shall yield up immediate possession to Lessor and deliver all keys and security devices to Lessor, and failing to do so, shall pay as liquidated damages for the whole time such possession is withheld, a sum equal to triple the amount of the rent herein reserved, prorated and averaged per day of such withholding, yet in no cases shall said amount be less than $100.00.

Holdover by Lessee. If Lessee remains in possession of the leased property after the expiration of the Initial Term of this Lease, or any Renewal Period, without the right to do so pursuant to this Lease, such possession shall be as an at-will Lessee, and may be terminated at will at any time by Lessor. During such at-will tenancy, rent shall be payable at 125% of the rate in effect during the last month of the immediately preceding term, and the other provisions of this Lease shall be applicable.
