GROUP OR CLASS GRIEVANCE. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of teachers, the Association may submit such grievance in writing as a class grievance. The Association will name the class or group of affected teachers on the written grievance form. Class grievances shall be submitted following the standard process. However, if a class grievance involves grievants in more than one (1) building, then the class grievance shall be filed with the Superintendent directly, and the processing of such grievance may commence at Level Three. GROUP OR CLASS GRIEVANCE. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of members, the Association shall submit the grievance at the informal level to the Human Resources Director. If the matter is not resolved within ten (10) workdays, the matter may be submitted in writing to the Superintendent and the processing of such grievance shall commence at level two.
GROUP OR CLASS GRIEVANCE. The Union may file a single grievance under this procedure on behalf of any number of employees who have similar claims. Several grievances filed by different employees over an identical matter, filed at one or more offices shall be combined and treated as a single grievance upon request of the Union.
