GROUP OR CLASS GRIEVANCE. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of members, the Association shall submit the grievance at the informal level to the Human Resources Director. If the matter is not resolved within ten (10) workdays, the matter may be submitted in writing to the Superintendent and the processing of such grievance shall commence at level two.
