Individual Grievance definition

Individual Grievance means a claim concerning unjust discipline or discharge, or dispute with reference to the interpretation, application or administration of this Collective Agreement.
Individual Grievance. A grievance initiated by an individual employee and or the Association on behalf of an individual employee. All individual grievances must commence at the informal step.
