Individual Grievance definition

Individual Grievance means a grievance instituted by the Bargaining Unit on behalf of one of its members.
Individual Grievance means a claim concerning unjust discipline or discharge, or dispute with reference to the interpretation, application or administration of this Collective Agreement.
