Informal Level. Before filing a formal written grievance, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it by an informal conference with his/her immediate supervisor.
Informal Level. Before filing a formal written grievance, the grievant shall make a reasonable attempt to resolve it by means of an informal conference with his/her immediate administrator. Either the grievant or immediate administrator may have a witness present at said informal conference providing twenty-four (24) hours advance notice is given to the other party.
Informal Level. When a cause for complaint occurs, the affected bargaining unit member(s) shall, within five (5) days, request a meeting with his/her immediate supervisor in an effort to resolve the complaint. The Association may be notified and a representative thereof present with the bargaining unit member at such meeting. If the bargaining unit member is not satisfied with the results of the meeting, he/she may formalize the complaint in writing as provided here under.
Informal Level. A person who chooses to initiate this procedure shall do so in the following manner:
Informal Level. Before initiating a formal written grievance at Level One, the employee shall attempt to resolve the matter by informal conference with their immediate designated supervisor outside the bargaining unit. If the immediate supervisor is not available, the employee shall attempt to contact another supervisor or manager. The employee shall notify the Union, and a representative of the Union shall be given the opportunity to be present at any meeting under this section. Either party may declare that the informal level has been completed.
Informal Level. Within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the act or omission giving rise to the grievance, or when the grievant should reasonably have known of the occurrence, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it by an informal conference with the immediate supervisor.
Informal Level. 6.4.1 Before filing a formal written grievance, the grievant shall attempt to seek a resolution by an informal conference with his/her immediate supervisor. This informal conference shall be held within ten (10) days after the grievant had knowledge of the occurrence, act, or omission giving rise to the grievance.
Informal Level. Before filing a formal grievance, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it by a private, informal conference with his/her immediate supervisor. Failure to file a formal grievance within the specified time limits invalidates the grievance.
Informal Level. 18 Before filing a formal written grievance, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it by an 19 informal conference with the immediate supervisor or designee.
Informal Level. Within fifteen (15) days after the grievant knew or should have known of the event of circumstances occasioning the grievance, the grievant shall initially meet with his/her immediate supervisor in an attempt to resolve the grievance informally.
