Garbage service. Back To Back Rentals LLC pays for weekly garbage services. The garbage company will walk up to the house and retrieve the garbage/recyclable containers. You are responsible for retrieving any empty containers and returning them to the house by the end of the day on your scheduled day. Your normal garbage day is Thursday unless a holiday falls prior to that on any given week (i.e. labor day etc.) which would move the garbage day to Friday. Trash/recyclables are not to accumulate on the property. If there is excess/oversize garbage/recyclables, and the garbage company charges us an extra fee, we will xxxx you for that additional fee. During move-in and move-out time, if we are charged for additional garbage/recyclables, we will xxxx you for that additional amount.

Garbage service. Garbage service is supplied by the landlord. However, any items not considered household waste, i.e.: furniture, mattresses, tires, clothes, etc. may incur an extra fee to the Tenant. Tenant(s) must put recyclables in the appropriate containers. Tenant shall be liable for costs associated with the interruption of garbage service due to Tenant=s or their guest=s improperly parked vehicles. All garbage must be placed inside the collection container, allowing the lid to close. Tenants must refrain from overloading or placing debris alongside the collection container. Tenant is responsible for extra fees in the event the refuse service company charges an additional fee or refuses to collect garbage disposed of by Tenant(s).
Garbage service. Dumpster Service: Trash should be sealed in plastic bags and placed in dumpsters for collection. Only garbage and tree trimmings in plastic trash bags are allowed in the dumpsters. Lids and doors to the dumpster must be kept closed. Do not send children to dumpster with trash. Do not put bags of trash outside of dumpster on the ground. If dumpster is full, hold your trash at home until dumpster has been emptied. DO NOT place furniture, appliances, construction materials, tires or other large items in or around the dumpster for collection. Disposal of such items is the responsibility of the Resident. Any Resident disposing such items at the dumpster or anywhere else in the Community will be charged for the cost of removal. All such charges shall be due and payable with the next monthly rental payment. Contractors are not permitted to dispose of any items in the dumpsters. This includes construction material, concrete, carpeting, scrap metal, landscape trimmings, and similar items, Please notify management office of anyone using our dumpsters that is not a homeowner in Paradise Resort Estates..
Garbage service. When water service commences for a Customer, garbage collection services and fees, whether used or not, also begin. Waste scrap, bricks, roofing, building materials, or other trash resulting from construction or remodeling, including carpeting, will not be removed from the premises by the garbage collector. These items are not to be placed in the dumpsters.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Janitorial Service Landlord shall not be obligated to provide any janitorial services to the Premises or replace any light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises. Tenant shall be solely responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for (i) performing all janitorial services, trash removal and other cleaning of the Premises, and (ii) replacement of all light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises, all as appropriate to maintain the Premises in a first-class manner consistent with the first-class nature of the Building and Project. Such services to be provided by Tenant shall be performed by contractors and pursuant to service contracts approved by Landlord. Tenant shall deposit trash as reasonably required in the area designated by Landlord from time to time. All trash containers must be covered and stored in a manner to prevent the emanation of odors into the Premises or the Project. Landlord shall have the right to inspect the Premises upon reasonable notice to Tenant and to require Tenant to provide additional cleaning, if necessary. In the event Tenant shall fail to provide any of the services described in this Section 6.6 to be performed by Tenant within five (5) days after notice from Landlord, which notice shall not be required in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall have the right to provide such services and any charge or cost incurred by Landlord in connection therewith shall be deemed Additional Rent due and payable by Tenant upon receipt by Tenant of a written statement of cost from Landlord.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Electric Service 1. The Authority shall make available Electric Service to enable the Customer to receive the Allocation in accordance with this Agreement, Service Tariff No. WNY-2 and the Rules.

  • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
