BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. The Organizer reserves the right to assign all booth locations for the overall good of the show. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to contract with any company or individual without need for a reason.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. Space assignments will be made only after receipt from Exhibitor of this Agreement and applicable advertising commitment, in writing. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred, or canceled by Exhibitor except upon written request and with the subsequent written approval of Show Management. Notwithstanding the above, Show Management reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it is may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary. Show Management shall have the right to deny use of exhibit space to any prospective exhibitor who intends to exhibit merchandise or services which, in the opinion of Dispatch, do not constitute merchandise or services in keeping with the character and quality of the Show. Show Management has the right to remove from the Exhibit Hall or prohibit the admittance to the Exhibit Hall, any person who engages or has engaged in conduct in the Exhibit Hall before, during, or after the Show which, in the sole judgment of Show Management, is offensive to the character of the Show. Show Management has the right to refuse to enter into any future agreements with Exhibitor with respect to the use of exhibit space in future shows for any or no reason.

CADA reserves the right to reject any potential registrant &/or withhold badges at the sole discretion of CADA staff. In the event CADA does not accept registration, CADA will promptly refund all conference registration fees paid if the applicant is not accepted. CADA WILL PROVIDE An 8’ x 10’ x 8’ foot tall fully draped booth, one six-foot draped table & a 7” x 44” sign, ordered by CADA’s expo service company. One 500-watt electrical outlet will be provided for booths sold up to 30 days before the convention. Any exhibitor requiring electricity on-site or within 30 days will pay the going rate to the decorating company. The exhibit area is fully carpeted. CADA Exhibitors may purchase discounted cartload services through the CADA’s expo service company packet. All items associated with the booth must stay within the confines of the booth. Exhibitors wanting to exceed 8 ft. in height must get pre-approval from CADA Central & will be strategically placed.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. DSTE will assign booth space based upon the order in which applications with full payment are received. DSTE will carefully consider applicant’s location preferences and number of booths ordered in making the assignments. DSTE will make the final decisions on booth space assignments. Once the booths are assigned, the Exhibitor will be notified which booths have been assigned to them and instructions on how to register the personnel who will be working in the exhibit.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. Booth assignments will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis by the Department of Physical Therapy. After receipt of your agreement form and payment, we will email you a map of your booth location.

Confirmation will be made as quickly as possible. The number of booth spaces is limited and assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. A company that has not settled all previous accounts with the MRDA will not be assigned booth space. The MRDA determines the eligibility of any company or product to be exhibited at this meeting, either before or after proper execution of the contract.
