Expiry of Term at the expiry of the Term or on the earlier termination of this lease hand back the interior of the Premises to the Lessor in the same first class state of repair and condition as on the Commencement Date.
Expiry of Term before the expiry of the Term; or
Expiry of Term the Date of Final Payment; or
Expiry of Term. On expiry of the Term or following earlier termination of this Agreement or the lease provided for in this Article 11 (as provided in Section 4.1.1.5), Westaim shall at S&N’s sole cost and expense immediately return the Equipment to S&N in good repair, condition and working order and in substantially the same condition as at the Effective Date, reasonable wear and tear excepted, at such place as S&N may specify and provide reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. If Westaim fails to do so within fourteen (14) business days after expiry or termination of this Agreement, S&N shall have the right, on reasonable notice to Westaim, to enter upon any premises where the Equipment or any of it may be, with or without legal process, and remove the Equipment.
Expiry of Term. The Agreement will automatically terminate when the Subscription expires.
Expiry of Term. Under Section 12.1. Upon expiration of the Term pursuant to Section 12.1, Forest shall have a fully-paid, perpetual, non-exclusive license to the Licensed Technology and, for so long as Forest continues to sell the Product in the Territory) a fully paid, exclusive license to the Trademark in connection with the manufacture, marketing, sale and distribution of the Product in or for purposes of the Territory.
Expiry of Term. Article 28 Where term agreed under this Contract expires and land user needs to continue to use the parcel under this Contract, it shall apply to Transferor for renewal of term at least one year prior to the expiry. In the case Transferor shall approve the approval unless the parcel under this Contract shall be withdrawn for social and public interests. Where the term for the rights to use residential construction land expiries, a renewal will be automatically effected. If Transferor agrees to the renewal, land user shall go through such formalities in respect of transfer and lease according to law and execute a new transfer and lease contact for use of land with compensation, and pay the land transfer price, rent and other compensations for the use of the land. Article 29Where land user applies for renewal after expiry of the term of land transfer and such application is not approved due to social and public interests, land user shall return the certificate for the use of State-owned land and deregister the right to use State-owned construction land in accordance with related requirements, and Transferor may reclaim the rights to use State-owned construction land without compensation. Transferor and land user agree that the constructions, buildings and their ancillary facilities erected on the parcel under this Contract shall be dealt with pursuant to Section (1) of this Article:
Expiry of Term. On expiry of the Term, the Contractor shall return the Facilities in the designed operational condition failing which the Employer shall forfeit the retention and recover Liquidated Damages from the Contractor.
Expiry of Term. This Agreement will terminate upon expiry of the Term unless the parties agree to a holding over of the Agreement (with the Licensor’s consent) as per clause 1.7 above.
Expiry of Term. If on expiry of the Current Term (or, if EPFAL's term of appointment has been extended or further extended in accordance with paragraph 2.3.1 or 2.3.2, expiry of that extended or further extended term) the term of EPFAL's appointment as the Pool Funds Administrator has not been or will not be extended or (as the case may be) further extended in accordance with paragraph 2.3.1 or 2.3.2, EPFAL shall cease to serve as the Pool Funds Administrator unless it is requested by the Executive Committee to continue to serve as the Pool Funds Administrator for such additional period not exceeding one year from the date of expiry of the Current Term (or, if EPFAL's term of appointment has been extended or further extended in accordance with paragraph 2.3.1 or 2.3.2, expiry of that extended or further extended term) as the Executive Committee may request in order to provide an opportunity for a successor to be appointed. The Executive Committee shall make such a request as soon as possible after becoming aware of the above circumstances but in any event no later than three months (or such other period as EPFAL and the Executive Committee may from time to time agree in writing) before the date of expiry of the Current Term or (as the case may be) the extended or further extended term.
