Renewal of Term. Subject to Procyon’s Board of Directors’ approval, Executive’s employment shall be extended for one additional year at the end of each year of the term, or extended term, of this Agreement on the same terms and conditions as contained in this Agreement, unless either Amerx, Procyon or the Executive shall, prior to the expiration of the initial term or of any renewal term, give written notice of the intention not to renew this Agreement.
Renewal of Term. Upon each Termination Date this Agreement shall renew and continue in effect for an additional two-year period, and each successive Termination Date shall thereafter be designated as the "Termination Date" for all purposes under this Agreement.
Renewal of Term. This License Agreement shall be renewable at the end of the current term if agreed in writing by both parties prior to the termination of this License Agreement.
Renewal of Term. Unless the Company shall have given the Executive written notice at least 180 days prior to the Termination Date, this Agreement shall renew and continue in effect for additional one-year periods (and all provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect), and each successive anniversary from such original Termination Date shall thereafter be designated as the “Termination Date” for all purposes under this Agreement, provided, however, that the Company may, at its election at any time after the expiration of the initial term of this Agreement, give the Executive notice of termination, in which event the Executive shall continue to receive, as severance pay, his base salary, if any, and benefits set forth in Paragraphs (d) and (f) below for 12 full months following such notice of termination. During such 12-month severance period, the Board may modify the Executive’s duties as described in Paragraph (c) below without triggering the provisions of Section 2.03 below. The Company agrees that it will not unreasonably withhold any annual renewals of this Agreement.
Renewal of Term. On the third (3rd) anniversary and on each subsequent anniversary of the Effective Date, the Term shall be renewable for additional one-year periods upon the mutual written agreement of both parties.
Renewal of Term. Provided Licensee is in full compliance with all provisions of this Agreement, any and all other agreements between the AmericaTowne and Licensee, and any and all applicable laws and regulations, and upon not less than six (6) not more than twelve (12) months written notice to the AmericaTowne of the intention to do so, the Licensee shall have the right to renew the business operations for successive periods of ten (10) years each upon the payment to the AmericaTowne of a renewal fee in an amount $25,000 and the execution of the then current form of standard business operations agreement used by the AmericaTowne prior to the expiration of each such-successive term.
Renewal of Term. 2.1 In accordance with and as contemplated in Section 6.3 of the Initial Agreement, the Parties wish to further extend the term of the Initial Agreement for a period of twelve (12) months commencing July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018 (the “Renewal Term”).
Renewal of Term. Upon the expiration of the original Term of this Agreement, it shall be automatically renewed for an additional five (5) year period commencing upon the expiration of the original Term unless terminated by Owner or Manager effective at the end of the original Term by notice in writing to the other given not later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the original Term. Unless otherwise agreed, upon the effective date of any renewal, the Term of this Agreement and all other terms, covenants and conditions set forth in this Agreement shall be automatically extended to the expiration of the applicable renewal term.
Renewal of Term. After the Initial Term, this Agreement may be renewed each year, subject to adjustment of funds and written notice from the UCPR, for an additional one-year period unless the UCPR elects not to renew this Agreement and terminate this agreement in accordance with section 13.5 of this Agreement
Renewal of Term. On the date that Executive completes one year of employment and on each successive anniversary of that date (the “Anniversary Date”), the Period of Employment shall be automatically extended and renewed for one additional year unless, not less than 30 days prior to such Anniversary Date, Employer or Executive shall give written notice to the other that the Period of Employment shall not be so extended and renewed.
