Extended Term definition

Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

Examples of Extended Term in a sentence

  • Such royalty payments shall be required on all EXTENDED TERM NET SALES in such country for the duration of the EXTENDED TERM, regardless of the status of any VALID CLAIM or expiration of PATENT RIGHTS in that country.

  • ROYALTIES in each country shall continue during the EXTENDED TERM and shall be calculated for SALEs during the EXTENDED TERM.
