Transfer Price definition
Transfer Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Transfer Price means all the consideration that the WFOE or its designated entity or individual is required to pay to the Company Shareholders or the Company in order to obtain the Transferred Equity or the Transferred Assets upon each Exercise of Option.
